The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Lead Recruiter to manage our recruitment team while staying actively involved in sourcing, recruiting, and closing requisitions. This is a player-coach role — you'll manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the team, while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver on critical hires across multiple markets.
 

What You'll Do:

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned programs (requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination).

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Sourcing, and HR to understand headcount plans, role requirements, and business goals.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication, feedback, and process transparency.

• Leverage data-driven insights (e.g., funnel metrics, TAT, offer acceptance rate) to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment efficiency

• Supervise and coach a team of Recruiters and/or Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring alignment to hiring targets and performance KPIs.

• Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions to reinforce quality, compliance, and ownership.

• Drive accountability within the team to meet SLAs and deliver outcomes based on partner or internal hiring goals.

• Collaborate with Sourcing and Branding teams to refine recruitment strategies and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

What We Expect From You:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity
• Proven track record of hands-on recruiting — from sourcing through to offer acceptance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Experience in BPO, shared services, or global recruitment is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing leadership duties with individual contributor responsibilities
