The Role
We're looking for a dynamic Lead Recruiter to manage our recruitment team while staying actively involved in sourcing, recruiting, and closing requisitions. This is a player-coach role — you'll manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the team, while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver on critical hires across multiple markets.
What You'll Do:
Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned programs (requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination).
Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Sourcing, and HR to understand headcount plans, role requirements, and business goals.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication, feedback, and process transparency.
Leverage data-driven insights (e.g., funnel metrics, TAT, offer acceptance rate) to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment efficiency
Supervise and coach a team of Recruiters and/or Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring alignment to hiring targets and performance KPIs.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions to reinforce quality, compliance, and ownership.
Drive accountability within the team to meet SLAs and deliver outcomes based on partner or internal hiring goals.
Collaborate with Sourcing and Branding teams to refine recruitment strategies and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
What We Expect From You:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity
- Proven track record of hands-on recruiting — from sourcing through to offer acceptance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in BPO, shared services, or global recruitment is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing leadership duties with individual contributor responsibilities
