Join Marlin Human Capital, an Australian recruitment firm, as we expand our offshore operations team. We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Recruitment Operations Coordinator to streamline and optimise our processes, support data-driven reporting, and drive operational excellence across recruitment and admin functions.

What You'll Do
  • Map and improve recruitment workflows, documentation, and templates
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights on recruitment performance
  • Design and maintain job ad and marketing templates (Canva/graphic tools)
  • Identify and implement automation or AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Maintain ATS/CRM records, email campaigns, and candidate/client coding
  • Manage contractor onboarding, aftercare, and compliance
  • Provide overflow recruitment support (sourcing, scheduling, admin)
About You
  • 3+ years' experience in a recruitment agency (supporting AU/NZ clients preferred)
  • Skilled in workflow/process documentation and reporting
  • Experience with ATS/CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
  • Graphic design or digital marketing certification is a plus.
  • Bonus: exposure to automation or AI-driven solutions in recruitment
