URGENT HIRING

WE ARE LOOKING FOR HR OFFICER TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future roles.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Address workplace issues and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious environment.
  • Promote employee engagement and morale through initiatives and feedback mechanisms.

Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist managers in setting objectives, conducting reviews, and addressing performance concerns.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.

Compliance & Policy Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Develop and update HR policies and handbooks as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Coordinate payroll activities in partnership with finance teams.
  • Administer employee benefits and manage enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Benchmark compensation packages to remain competitive in the industry.

HR Operations & Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for decision-making.
  • Manage HR systems to maintain accurate employee data.
  • Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Preferably with experience in casino industry.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
