URGENT HIRING
WE ARE LOOKING FOR HR OFFICER TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future roles.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Address workplace issues and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious environment.
- Promote employee engagement and morale through initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Assist managers in setting objectives, conducting reviews, and addressing performance concerns.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
Compliance & Policy Administration:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Develop and update HR policies and handbooks as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Coordinate payroll activities in partnership with finance teams.
- Administer employee benefits and manage enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Benchmark compensation packages to remain competitive in the industry.
HR Operations & Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for decision-making.
- Manage HR systems to maintain accurate employee data.
- Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Preferably with experience in casino industry.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

- Ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
- A proactive attitude toward improving workplace culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
