Construction Head, Construction Company, Metro Manila, Philippines
 
We are looking for a Construction Head, for a private construction company based in Metro Manila. The successful candidate, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project, from initial planning to final completion. The role will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications
 
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer
Ten (10) years of progressive experience working in projects involving bids, estimates, and construction handling handling civil works
Proven experience in acquiring and managing government projects
Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills, analytical and goal oriented
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila and travel different sites
Filipino candidates only
