Equipment Manager, Developer and Construction, Metro Manila, Philippines
We are looking for an Equipment Manager for one of the major real estate developer in the country. The role, reporting to the VP - Equipment Services Group, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of equipment maintenance and operation within the organization, while adhering to quality and safety standard. This role ensures that equipment operations are carried out efficiently, on time, within budget, and manage the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or any technical roles
Ten (10) years of working experience in construction equipment operations and maintenance, and five (5) year in a managerial capacity
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, and compliance requirements related to construction and development
Ability to implement training, emphasizing continuous development
Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic and fast paced environment
Able to establish harmonious and effective internal and external working relationships
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila
