We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team, supporting a growing construction business based in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret construction plans (manual or digital) for a variety of projects, including drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, painting, and insulation.
  • Perform accurate takeoffs and provide detailed quantity estimates for each trade.
  • Communicate in English with the internal team and, when necessary, with general contractors via email to clarify plans or submit RFIs.
  • Collaborate with the business owner and staff to ensure estimates meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability in all work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably with US commercial construction projects.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans (manual measurement skills are a plus).
  • Familiarity with takeoff software (e.g., PlanSwift) is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of trustworthiness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
  • Willingness to undergo skills assessments and participate in a customized recruitment process.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with US-based construction companies.
  • Knowledge of local building practices in the US.

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

  • Tuesday to Saturday 12AM-9PM (Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)

  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by the company
