Role Description

This is a contract role for an N1 Nihongo Translator at Takamatsu Construction Group Co Ltd. The N1 Nihongo Translator will be responsible for translating business meetings, technical documents, and communications from Japanese to English and vice versa. The role includes assisting with interpreting during meetings and conferences, ensuring the accuracy of translations, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. This is an on-site role located in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese (N1 level) and English skills
• Strong interpreting skills for meetings and conferences
• Attention to detail and accuracy in translations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills

JOB description:

• The Chairperson/representative will travel to the Philippines on October 13.
• Meetings with contractors (Philippine-based) between October 14 and 17.
• They will meet with local contractors for collaboration and need a translator
• 8 hours per day paid (including food and transportation fees)
