About the role

Dynamic Elite Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a QA/QC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction projects, contributing to the success and growth of our company. This is a full-time position based in our Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards
  • Perform testing and analysis of materials, equipment, and construction processes to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and mitigate quality-related concerns
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality assurance activities
  • Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality best practices
  • Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control techniques
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using quality control tools and software
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
