Job Description:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Must be a licensed civil engineer
  • Must have experience of at least four (4) to five (5) years with mixed-use/corporate office projects as a contractor or construction project manager.
  • Must have specific experience with high-rise mixed-use/corporate office projects
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • With experience in top-down construction. From foundation to topping off experience, structural foundations (mat footing, pile driving), superstructure, and overall structural works.
  • Must have experience with top-down construction on buildings of 20+ floors
  • Must have experience in structural concreting and rebar works
  • Must have experience with estimation and billing evaluation
  • Knowledgeable with local code
  • Must be knowledgeable specifically with the National Building Code
  • Able to communicate professionally and efficiently in both spoken and written formats.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Metro Manila.
