Construction Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure the transmission line construction is completed on time and within budget.

  2. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to align construction activities with overall project goals.

  3. Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.

  4. Oversee procurement of necessary materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications.

  5. Lead and supervise construction teams, including site managers, foremen, and workers.

  6. Provide clear instructions, support, and motivation to ensure high productivity and quality work.

  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any quality issues.

  8. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.

  9. Monitor and control construction costs to keep the project within budget.

  10. Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction, such as technical challenges, delays, or resource shortages.

  11. Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges, such as weather disruptions or equipment failures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Civil Engineer (PCE) license
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
