Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Training Delivery Manager. The role is based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include managing and delivering training programs to sales teams, ensuring training aligns with organizational goals, and regularly evaluating program effectiveness. The role also involves managing training logistics, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training Management and Training & Development processes
  • Strong skills in facilitating and delivering training programs, as well as communication
  • Proficiency in Project Management to manage training schedules and logistics effectively
  • Ability to evaluate and improve training outcomes using performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in sales or HMO/healthcare industries is an advantage
  • Proven ability to motivate and engage teams in a diverse workplace
