Sales Training Manager

Maxima's Sales Development Manager drives sales performance by developing, coaching, and enabling sales teams to excel in selling the company's products and services. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on training and performance development to ensure consistent revenue growth, improved sales capabilities, and a strong sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Training & Enablement
Design, implement, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs (product knowledge, sales process, negotiation, etc.).
- Assess sales team skills and create targeted development plans.
- Develop training materials and resources
Conduct workshops, role plays, and performance coaching sessions.
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
Provide coaching to improve prospecting, qualification, and closing techniques.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment of messaging and customer experience.
- Provide feedback from the sales team to improve products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
- Optimize use of sales enablement tools to enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, or training roles.
- Proven track record in developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
