Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: College Graduate, preferably Mass Com or Marketing Course

Experience and Skills: Preferably with platform/training skills; skills in graphics and digital

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assists and collaborates with the Department Head, Assistant Manager, and Senior Trainer in the planning, conceptualization, organization, and development of Training Courses for agency sales force and agency managers.

  2. Conducts basic and advance Training Courses for agency sales force and agency managers.

  3. Assists the Department Head in the development of Training Courses for head office personnel with partnership with Human Resources Dept. Conducts the same when needed.

  4. Collaborates with the team on the conceptualization and design of various training and marketing materials and presentations.

  5. Assists the team in various events and special projects of the company such as planning and conferences, sales rallies, product launches, awards night, and the likes.

  6. Assists the Department Head in the conceptualization and design of various sales, marketing and advertising materials.
