About the Role

As a Medical Virtual Assistant, your role is to ensure the smooth execution of medical examination and report acquisition procedures for life and income protection insurance applicants. You will work closely with clients, Financial Advisors, and Planners to facilitate seamless coordination throughout the insurance application process.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • Must have completed 2 years in college (medical-related course (e.g. Medtech, Radtech, etc)
  • With at least 3 years of work experience in doing admin tasks in the medical field, specifically in the laboratory, preferred
  • Strong medical terminology knowledge regarding pathology testing and medical reports
  • Proficient with database management software, Google and/or Microsoft Office products, and other computer abilities
  • Solid Mailchimp experience in database management and flows is an advantage
  • Excellent e-mail and calendar management skills
  • Prior experience with billing, intricate administrative duties, and customer interactions is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Open for RMT/MedLab Fresh Graduates
  • Amenable to work on-site at our Cebu City office
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the process of medical exams and acquiring reports for individuals seeking life and income protection insurance
  • Ensure client records are maintained and updated within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with both potential and existing clients to facilitate seamless communication and support.
  • Manage email correspondence and scheduling to keep track of appointments and communication effectively
