About the Role

We are searching for an Insurance Claims Virtual Assistant with solid experience in motor vehicle insurance claims. You will oversee accident recovery cases end-to-end, communicating with insurers, claimants, repairers, and legal stakeholders to secure settlement outcomes. You will assess evidence, prepare documents, support customers during stressful claim situations, and drive successful recoveries with professionalism and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • Experience in motor vehicle insurance claims / accident recoveries
  • Confident negotiator dealing with insurers and third parties
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • close attention to detail in reviewing documents & incident evidence
  • Calm and professional approach to difficult conversations
  • Intermediate computer skills & ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and time-management capabilities
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solutions-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across the team
  • Amenable to work onsite (IT Park, Cebu City)
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manage motor vehicle recovery claims end-to-end
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, third parties, repair shops & solicitors
  • Negotiate settlements via phone and email
  • Review photos, statements, diagrams, & evidence to support recovery
  • Draft client statements, witness summaries, affidavits & documentation
  • Guide customers through the claims and recovery process clearly
  • Maintain up-to-date notes, correspondence, and file records
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with solicitors when required
  • Support customers with empathy during high-stress claim scenarios
