Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Experienced Admin VA to join our remote team during the graveyard shift. This role combines administrative support with client-facing communication — managing calls, maintaining records, and assisting with daily operations. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, fluent in English with a clear accent, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls to potential leads, provide accurate information, and log all interactions.
  • Support team operations through administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and document preparation.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and ensure all lead details and activity logs are accurate.
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and task tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with team members to relay information promptly and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer interaction, maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal English communication with a neutral, clear accent.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
