About the role
FAArt Creative Design Studio is seeking a talented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to kick-start their career in agency account management. You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of creative campaigns for our diverse range of clients across the advertising, arts and media industries.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to achieve client objectives
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate client briefs into effective, award-winning campaigns
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, and escalate any issues to the account management team
- Prepare status reports and presentation materials for clients
- Provide administrative support, such as invoice processing and resource scheduling
What we're looking for
- Relevant degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in an agency account management or client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes
- Passion for the advertising, arts and media industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
