Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive who is eager to start a career in business and client relations. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates who want to develop strong skills in account management, communication, and business development. You will work closely with senior executives, receive training, and gain hands-on experience in building and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Learn and apply strategies in client engagement and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business, or related field (fresh grads highly encouraged).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
