Job description

The Junior Accountant is an entry-level position in the Finance and Accounting Department supervised by the Accounting Manager. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail dealing with multiple business transactions, and legal and financial documents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares financial reports and financial statements

Ensures the accuracy of source documents

Performs basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions

Prepares check payments to suppliers

Conducts variance analysis to identify trends and deviations

Assists with external compliance and audits

Other finance and accounting-related tasks that the management may request

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology

Basic understanding of financial statements and financial analysis

Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Google Suite, particularly in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Full-time, On-site

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
