  • Meets and greets customer who bring their vehicles for completion of maintenance service, repair, accident repair work;
  • Gathers initial data and all necessary forms of verification of customer and vehicle information thru CIF (Customer Information Form) and ERIC (Enterprise Resource Information and Control) System;
  • Informs customers on the availability of Service Advisor;
  • Coordinates with Service Advisor regarding proper schedules and appointments;
  • Endorses customers (walk-in or with appointment) to assigned or preferred Service Advisor;
  • Offer drinks to customer while waiting in the service reception area
  • Provide customers with updated reading materials while waiting for Service Advisor and completion of repair
  • Dispense and control complementary meal with drink to customers and encourage customers to proceed to the showroom while waiting for completion of repair
  • Endorse customers to Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Cashier, and other company personnel for special concerns
  • Schedule towing service assistance for customers if necessary
  • Facilitate customer inquiry on status of pending units, price of parts and service, parts availability, customer bills, new vehicle price promor, warranty
  • Assist customers requesting for outside service (home/office) or towing service
  • Receive all service reception telephone calls
  • Screen all service reception telephone calls
  • Facilitate and log time, date, and message of missed calls of Sas; if desired contact not immediately available, offer to call customer back
  • Coordinate with Service Advisor regarding proper schedules and appointments
  • Log reservations and advance booking of customers in the ERIC System
  • Provide service reminder to customers thru letters, SMS, call
  • Provide feedback / follow-up to customers regarding status of the vehicle while in the workshop (i.e. letter of update)
  • Relaying information to customer from Service Advisor to customers and vice versa
  • Conduct bank verification on check payments
