Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit and Collection Officer, located in Muntinlupa City. The Credit and Collection Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts, negotiating payment plans, monitoring account aging reports, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of collections. The role also involves conducting credit investigations, preparing reports on collection activities, and collaborating with other departments to resolve customer payment issues.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and billing procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
