What you'll be doing

  • Managing a wide range of customer questions and requests related to travel services
  • Delivering top-notch support through clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
  • Assisting travelers with booking, updating, or cancelling their travel arrangements
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and service actions
  • Partnering with internal teams to create smooth, end-to-end customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and evolving customer expectations

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and express ideas clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
  • Familiarity with travel industry terminology and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office productivity software
  • At least a High School Graduate
  • Minimum of
    6 months BPO customer service experience
