About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Makati Foundry Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  3. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to resolve customer problems
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. Commitment to providing top-notch customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  6. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
