Brief Description:
Recruiting employees whose talents are aligned with business goals is critical to the success of an organization. As such, human resources recruiters are highly valued in virtually all organizations and businesses.
As part of a human resources team, recruiters (also known as corporate recruiters and internal recruiters) are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's bottom line. These highly skilled and often equally highly educated HR professionals possess knowledge of employment and labor law, have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partnering with department heads to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company managers
- Coordinating interviews with the managers and top management
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure hiring goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices
- Coordinates with PESO and DOLE offices for job fair schedules, requirements and process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Prepare and monitor checklist of newly hired employees from submission of requirements to reporting, this includes computer, table and chairs and other materials needed
- Conducting employment orientation and training
- Endorsement of newly hired employees to respective department head
- Monitor, answer queries in MIC HR Page; post hiring as needed
- Other task as may be assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
