Job Summary

Responsible in overall performance of Accounts Receivable Team.

Strategic/Tactical

  • Responsible for the end to end Accounts Receivable process for assigned account/s
  • Prepares monthly calendar of activities for the year
  • Supports the Operations Manager in the service delivery of their assigned process by ensuring that resources to meet the SLA's are adequate and to collaborate with the Manager for any requirements such as FTE's, workstations, trainings, etc.
  • Reviews and validates reports of Associates
  • Identifies opportunities to improve their respective processes and seek the support of all concerned groups
  • Addresses client concerns in consultation with the immediate superior

Reports and Analytics

  • Prepares Accounts Receivable Aging Report
  • Reviews and submits Accounts Receivable Reports that may be required by client
  • Monitors and summarizes the periodic volume count of documents received for processing and escalates to Operations Manager should there be significant changes
  • Prepares Adhoc reports as requested by authorized representatives

Process and Compliance

  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
  • Ensures that data and other form of information are secured and free from exposure, loss, destruction and theft
  • Ensures that process exceptions, cascades, or process changes are properly communicated to everyone in the team

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Performs coaching and counseling of direct reports
  • Participates in training, development and other company activities
  • Ensures that all direct reports are compliant with all company requirements
  • Identifies and implements process improvement
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Baseline Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance and Accounting or any 4-year Business course.
  • More than 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Background in Finance & Accounting.
