Responsible for overseeing leasing operations and tenant relationship management for mixed-use commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead leasing strategies to attract and secure tenants for office and mixed-use commercial spaces, negotiating favorable lease terms and conditions.
  • Manage lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations following legal and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests to promote tenant retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding, lease compliance monitoring, and facilitate smooth move-in/out processes.
  • Collaborate closely with property management, maintenance, marketing, and finance teams to resolve tenant-related operational issues.
  • Supervise and mentor leasing and tenant relations staff to ensure effective service delivery and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate Management, or any relevant course
  • At least 5 years of experience in Leasing/Tenants Relations
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
