Now Hiring: Mall Leasing Manager

Location: North Caloocan, Metro Manila

Kai Mall is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Mall Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations and drive occupancy growth across our commercial spaces.

As the Leasing Manager, you'll be responsible for managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring high occupancy rates while aligning with the mall's strategic direction. You'll work closely with the Finance, Legal, and Mall Operations to maintain strong internal coordination and a positive leasing experience for all tenants.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Source and screen prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms
  • Oversee lease renewals, expirations, and terminations
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies
  • Coordinate with Legal for contract execution and documentation
  • Work with Mall Operations and Fit-Out teams to ensure timely turnover
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships and manage inquiries or concerns
  • Prepare leasing reports and updates for management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mall or commercial leasing (managerial role preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of leasing laws, contracts, and commercial trends
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with leasing CRM or property management tools is a plus
