Job Summary

The Properties and Facilities Manager is responsible to oversee the management, maintenance, and strategic planning of all our properties and facilities. This is a key leadership position for ensuring our physical infrastructure supports the operational goals of the organization while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and safety across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Properties and Facilities:

  • Collect rent and other property fees from lessees.

  • Report the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners.
  • Advertise vacant properties and hire a leasing agent to find tenants as needed.
  • Inspect properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required.
  • Ensure that all buildings and infrastructure are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

  • Others:

  • Provides timely updates of concerns to stakeholders and owners in a proactive manner.

  • Arrange contracts for maintenance, and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate measures are in place.
  • Vendor & Contract Management

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Must be a graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in facilities and properties.
  • Experienced in communicating with stakeholders and owners. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Strong personality and attention to detail.
