About the role

IBDC' is seeking a dedicated Leasing Officer to join our dynamic team in North Caloocan, Metro Manila. As a Leasing Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing operations for our growing portfolio of residential properties. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in the residential leasing and property management industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively market and promote available rental properties to prospective tenants
  • Screen and qualify potential tenants, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria
  • Negotiate and finalise lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
  • Manage the move-in and move-out process for tenants, including conducting inspections
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of all leased properties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities and tenant information
  • Assist with the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential leasing or property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both tenants and landlords
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle lease-related matters
  • Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Familiarity with local real estate regulations and industry best practices
