Overview

The Renewal Data Analyst is part of the Renewal Operations team within the larger Revenue Operations organization that partners with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Billing, and Finance to provide data, reporting, and analysis for RealPage's SaaS software license renewal process.  The Renewal Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate data for client renewals across multiple platforms (billing systems) and understanding/coordinating renewal activity both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Review and update software license renewals in support of mid and end of month billing cycles in RealPage's Order Management System (OMS) and Salesforce
  • Create ad-hoc sales forecasting reports using OMS and Excel
  • Update Customer Schedule of Charges annual renewal contracts and post to Salesforce
  • Create monthly renewal management reports
  • Supports internal Sales teams with questions/problem solving involving renewals
  • Archive and maintain monthly renewal records to support internal audit requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a SaaS software license renewal operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or finance supporting operational role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with background in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate experience using Excel and Excel macros
  • Experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM system a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner with colleagues across all departments and levels
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide innovation and improve business processes
  • Ability to manage, analyze, and track data for a sophisticated and often complex sales process
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, achieve tight deadlines, and take initiative on multiple projects
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed
