As a Brokerage Admin Agent, you will be responsible for entering information into AIM, Company portal/websites.
This is a clerical support position with assistance to the entire Brokerage Unit. Currently the Brokerage Unit is broken out into (5) territories: St Charles, St Louis, Southeast, West Coast and Admitted Package. This position would require interaction with all team members, across all time-zones, in a fast paced and process-oriented environment.
This individual would assist in processing of daily correspondence from our clients and will also be the main entry point for all new business (rating of new prospective accounts).
Your day will consist of the following:
- Rating with different carriers on their websites.
- Logging submissions for all WC unit's new business.
- Processing of mail and sending out cancellation and reinstatements.
- Inputting of data in AIM. This includes emails, loss runs, quotes and supplementals.
- Pulling loss runs and modsheets from carrier websites and sending to agents.
- Handling Brokerage agent's licenses, E&O, and brokerage agreement. This includes sending out emails to agents, attaching documents in AIM, and updating the accounting spreadsheet.
- Utilize all available sources of information for underwriting purposes, including carrier websites' rating tools, NCCI, WCIRB, state business websites, general internet navigation, etc.
- Follow proper workflow procedures and timelines.
- Inputting of data in AIM. This includes emails, quotes and supplementals.
- Knowledge of workflow procedures for all items, including:
- Policies
- Endorsements
- Audits
- Cancellations
- Reinstatements
- Binding, Billing and Invoicing in AIM
- Ordering carrier loss runs and risk modsheets
- Be able to help review, analyze, and price all types of WC business, both new and renewal
- Maintain organization via data entry of emails, quotes, supplementals, and more
- Assist others in the WC unit as needed, all territories
- Utilize all available sources of information for underwriting purposes, including carrier websites' rating tools, NCCI, WCIRB, state business websites, general internet navigation, etc.
- Follow proper workflow procedures including policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, binding, invoicing, loss runs, risk modsheets, etc.
- Must have clerical support experience and working knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office products.
- The candidate must be able to adapt to a growing and changing environment.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
- Resourceful, organized, self-directed approach
- Desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry
- Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly and efficiently
- General and/or Workers Compensation Insurance experience
- College Degree preferred.
- Experience working remotely with management off-site.
