Education:  Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic

Experience: At least 2 to 3 years' work experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Process

Communication Skills: Excellent both in written and verbal

Analytical Skills:Proven work experience in business and system analysis

MS Office:Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office

People Skills:Can present himself professionally.

PRIMARY ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the accurate and prompt cash transfers and/or pickups for client banks and its stakeholders.
2. Manages cash transfers amongst LOBs and Cash Hubs.
3. Oversees and authorizes the inflows and outflows of cash.
4. Monitors and records all the movements of cash in and out of the vault through the use of logbook.
5. Ensures cash pick-ups and deliveries are properly accounted and recorded.
6. Ensures cash pick-ups and deliveries are acknowledged by clients.
7. Conducts physical cash count of monies and ensures its accuracy.
8. Ensures completeness and real-time accomplishment of Cash Transfer Slips (CTS) and other transaction documents evidencing proper turnover to requesting/designated Cash Officer.
9. Counts, balances, certify and safeguards all cash and currencies in the vault according to company policies and standards.
10. Manages Vault limits and/or holdings
11. Monitor and control Cash threshold and SLAs to avoid incurring penalties and for proper appropriation to cash requests/orders.
12. Performs cash balancing, reconciliation and certifies cash count sheets and CIV reports vs actual cash on hand.
13. Safe keep and secures grill keys and vault rooms.

SECONDARY ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Immediately and impartially reports detected significant discrepancies or fraudulent activity/ies.
2. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
3. When deemed required and necessary, to conduct surprise cash count to enhance internal controls that can help detect and prevent fraud and company losses, and to assist in future audits and reviews

4. Supports skills development initiatives by:

5. Adhering to planned/scheduled job rotation;

6. Participating in the launching of local system to be implemented.
7. Flexible in terms of working hours

8. Manage risks by:

9. Ensuring that the necessary processes are in place and that authorities and responsibilities are properly delegated for efficient and effective operations of the company, a subject to adequate controls.

10. Observing established operational controls and procedures, as well as complying with the company's policies and regulatory issuances at all times.
11. To escalate reported security and/or procedural failings to the Managers
12. Adhering to company's security and safety rules and preventive measures at all times.
13. Assist Cash Officers and Audit Team in regularizing/resolving findings (internal/external) in cash in vault discrepancies.

SUPERVISORY ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Applies and reinforces to his/her direct report(s) the company's core values;
2. Observes and instills discipline to his/her direct report(s) using the company's code of conduct as a guide.  Executes appropriate disciplinary action to his/her direct report(s) if failed to exercise control or check and balance function and resulted to operational lapse.

4. Delivery reports;

5. Discrepancy reports;
6. Value count reports;
7. CFRF reports;
8. Coin monitoring reports:
9. Bag monitoring reports
10. Sending the prepared reports of the Admins to the clients.

ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Initiates records retention and file maintenance relative to all CIV transactions
2. Maintains an accurate record of all cash exchanges
