I. Admin Assistant

· Manage Office Resources: Oversee company inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient distribution. This includes managing company forms (e.g., Leave, Official Business, Overtime) and conducting regular supply checks.

· Coordinate Procurement & Maintenance: Act as the primary canvasser for office supplies and maintenance needs, ensuring timely acquisition and service.

· Maintain Digital Records: Regularly update Google Sheets for inventory, contact information (emails, accounts), and other critical data.

· Business Permit Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with all business permit requirements for the company.

· Accounting & External Liaison: (Shared with Liaison Officer/Messenger) Assist the Accounting Department with various transactions and act as a liaison with external entities.

· Inter-company Coordination: (Shared with Liaison Officer/Messenger) Facilitate communication and coordination with Prof. Soriano's other business ventures as required.

· Vehicle Insurance Management: Manage all matters related to Prof. Soriano's car insurance policies.

· General Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

II. IT

· Website Management & Updates: Perform routine website maintenance, including content updates, security checks, and ensuring optimal performance.

· Network & Connectivity Monitoring: Conduct regular internet and network connectivity checks to ensure reliable and consistent service for all users.

· Virtual Event Technical Support: Provide technical support for online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), webinars, and other virtual events, including setup, troubleshooting, and live assistance.

· Hardware Maintenance & Support: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripheral devices.

· Meeting & Webinar Coordination: Generate and distribute links (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) for scheduled meetings and webinars, ensuring all necessary details are communicated.

· User Account Provisioning: Create and configure email accounts for new employees, ensuring timely access to necessary communication platforms.
