A Jr. Admin/SMO, this role involves tracking sales leads, managing

customer relationships, and helping ensure that the sales process runs

smoothly. Assists the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales

documents, and coordinating communication between clients and sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ADMIN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing Eligibility documents

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, and disseminates to corresponding SMO Branch

  • Track sales targets, total list of Projects, ongoing projects and newly awarded monthly reporting via G-drive.

  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns

  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, company

    profile, ID and Calling card

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis especially in Government

  • Monitoring of Cash Advance & RFP as well all the documents needed.

Sales & Marketing Officer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with government agencies, existing clients and Company Clients.

  • Prepare and submit bids/tenders I coordination with the relevant Clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and key decision-makers.

  • Stay updated on PHILGEPS government procurement policies, vendor registration processes, and e-tender platforms (e.g., Gem, CPPP)

  • Represent the company in vendor meetings, trade expos, and government forums

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, forecasts, and reports in CRM

    systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, product, logistics) to fulfill client

    requirements.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the institutional segment
