Admin Property Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the property management team.

  • Maintain and organize property files, lease agreements, and tenant records.
  • Assist in preparing and processing lease documents, renewals, terminations, and rent adjustments.
  • Support the onboarding of new tenants, including documentation and orientation.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and track job progress.
  • Follow up with contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of tenants, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with property inspections and document findings.
  • Prepare reports such as occupancy status, rent collections, maintenance logs, and budget tracking.
  • Ensure timely communication with tenants regarding notices, announcements, or complaints.
  • Process invoices and expense claims related to property operations.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local property laws and regulations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in property management or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
