1. Timekeeping & Attendance Management

  • Monitor and validate daily attendance records from biometric or manual logs.
  • Review and approve overtime, undertime, and leave applications before payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee attendance databases.

2. Payroll Processing & Coordination

  • Prepare payroll summaries and coordinate with accounting/finance for timely salary disbursement.
  • Ensure proper computation of salaries, deductions, allowances, and incentives.
  • Handle payroll adjustments for new hires, resignations, and disciplinary deductions.
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll data at all times.

3. Statutory Benefits Management

  • Process and remit government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) on time.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports required by government agencies (with coordination with Admin handling filing and compliance).
  • Handle SSS sickness/maternity claims, Pag-IBIG loans, and other statutory benefits.

4. 13th Month Pay & Other Benefits

  • Compute and facilitate the release of 13th month pay in accordance with labor laws.
  • Assist in processing company-provided benefits and allowances.

5. Leave Administration

  • Maintain accurate leave balances and records for all employees.
  • Process leave requests in compliance with company policies.

6. Appraisal & Performance Support

  • Coordinate with HR Officer and department heads to ensure performance appraisal results are considered for salary adjustments, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Maintain appraisal records for payroll reference.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all payroll and benefits processes comply with labor laws and DOLE regulations.
  • Maintain organized and confidential payroll and benefits files.

8. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with government agencies for payroll- and benefits-related matters.
  • Provide payroll and benefits information to employees in a clear and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with HR and Admin team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
