STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES INC (SRI) is looking for PAYROLL OFFICERS to be assigned in MAKATI CITY

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payroll legislation and compliance. As a Payroll Officer, you will ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, manage payroll records, and assist with payroll-related queries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·     College Graduate

·     With at least a year of relevant work experience

·     Experience as Payroll Staff, an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Payroll Processing: Accurately prepare and process weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payrolls for employees in a timely manner.

·     Data Management: Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, deductions, bonuses, and leave entitlements.

·     Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll.

·     Reporting: Generate payroll reports and summaries for management review and decision-making.

·     Reconciliation: Conduct regular payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

·     Support: Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and liaise with HR and Finance departments to resolve issues.

·     Documentation: Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information and related documents.

·     Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
