Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Staff Hire PH Full time ₱192,000 - ₱216,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with at least 1–2 years of experience in manpower or staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with government regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for a large volume of employees (including field staff)
  • Prepare, review, and validate payroll reports and payslips
  • Handle government contributions and deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and remittances
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee files
  • Coordinate with HR and operations for timekeeping, attendance, and employee movement
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
  • Assist in year-end reporting and audits (Alpha List, BIR 2316, etc.)
  • Generate reports for management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HRM, or any related field
  • With at least 1–2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency
  • Familiar with payroll systems and government compliance (SSS, BIR, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., Sprout, GreatDay HR, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and trustworthy
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and meet payroll deadlines
