Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College graduate in Psychology/Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or any related course
  • At least 6 months experience in recruitment is a plus
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, job portals, and professional networks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work in night shift and on site.

Job Description:

  • Screening and conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the job position.
  • Conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job.
  • Conduct an orientation program for the new employee
  • Participating in hiring decisions with the HR manager or supervisor
  • Providing recruitment reports to team manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
