Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate, headhunting, outsourcing, or offshoring environments.
- Proven track record in successfully placing candidates for Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Healthcare (e.g., nurses) roles, among other positions and levels.
- Proficient in using major job boards and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and Facebook.
- Proven ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.
- Creative skills in designing job advertisements using Canva or similar editing tools.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with hiring managers, including conducting calibration meetings, alignments, and addressing recruitment challenges.
- Solutions-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Handle candidates endorsed by headhunting partners and proactively explore additional sourcing channels.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews or phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate in-depth interviews and consolidate feedback from hiring managers to support final selection decisions.
- Draft job offers and employment contracts, discuss terms with successful candidates, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Initiate the issuance of performance appraisal forms for probationary employees and coordinate with respective supervisors.
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment efforts.
