A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a
Front Desk Associate
, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service. You will also support our HR and administrative teams in delivering high-quality service to employees and guests.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Acting as the liaison between management and staff/clients
- Creating and routing correspondence as needed
- Arranging travel bookings and accommodations for executives and clients
- Distributing ID cards, proximity access, and exemption passes to new hires
- Handling room reservation requests promptly
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Upholding Acquire's core values in every interaction
What You'll Bring
- At least 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong client service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to work onsite and support day-to-day operations
- A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude
