Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to handle our frozen goods division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and building strong partnerships within the food and retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for frozen goods
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and food service clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in frozen goods/ Cold Storage or FMCG)
  • Strong network in retail, food service, or distribution is an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics is a plus
  • Can start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
