HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT HEAD

  • Management reports and provides HR metrics to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute HR strategies aligning with the company's business goals, including workforce and succession planning. Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team, ensuring they are effective and aligned with company objectives. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring hiring of qualified and skilled personnel.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict, and promote a positive and productive work environment. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Training and Development: Implement and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development.

Performance Management: Develop and implement a performance appraisal system that motivates employees and drives high performance. HR Systems and Compliance: Manage HR systems and databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Reporting and Decision Support: Provide regular reports on key HR metrics to management, supporting decision-making and business planning.

Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR practices and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
