The Sales Campaign Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of telemarketing drive, which includes monitoring of attendance, database usage, and sales performance.
The job requires someone with attention to details, analytical, and results-oriented. He/ she should be able to consistently analyze performance, and present solutions in a timely manner.
He/she should be able to conduct training sessions, and present campaign performance reports to management in an articulate and professional manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Engagement Monitoring
• Submission of Agents Attendance Report
• Submission of statistics of daily performance
• Implementation of campaign strategies
• Coordination with Teleperformance (TP) for all issues related to the campaign
- Sales and Operations Analysis
• Review of performance per agent/group
• Review of sales and non-sales voice files
• Draft recommendations/corrective actions
- Training and Development
• Regular training sessions for agents
• Revision of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and rebuttals
• Mock calls for new agents
- Others
• Handle other assignments to be given by the EVP or head of office
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business course
• With at least 3-year related job experience to Sales Operations & Development Officer
• Analytical, results-oriented and with great attention to details
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Has good time management skills and high-level interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
