The Commercial Generator Aftersales Senior Supervisor is responsible for organizing, managing, and directing the parts and service group to meet targets and align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves monitoring group activities and employee efficiency, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly while also fostering strong relationships with clients and corporate partners. Additionally, the senior supervisor is responsible for ensuring the parts and service section operates profitably and efficiently, with a continuous focus on improving processes and standards. Achieving objectives relies on adhering to proper purchasing procedures, maintaining inventory control, optimizing staff utilization, and implementing effective pricing strategies. The senior supervisor is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism in customer service, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop programs that increase brand loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
