About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Supervisor to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. This role goes beyond hitting numbers — it's about building strong customer partnerships, inspiring a high-performing team, and collaborating across departments to deliver results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to grow new business and strengthen existing accounts.
  • Analyze performance, market trends, and competitor insights to guide decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to execute aligned sales initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new talent for the sales team.
  • Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and trust.
  • Oversee budgets, collections, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay ahead of market trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven success in sales leadership, preferably in distribution or IT channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and data-driven mindset.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to influence and build partnerships.
  • Willing to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
