Sales Supervisor - Responsible for developing, executing and managing a company's efforts to promote it's brand, products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides the needs of each business units
  • Develop implements marketing plans and initiatives to drive business sales growths.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to define target audiences and market positioning.
  • Creates and executes integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, advertisement and others.
  • Monitors and analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Drives brand development and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in marketing , business administration or any related field.
  • With at least three (3) years experienced as Sales supervisor or any similar senior marketing leadership role in any branded or high end products.
  • With technical expertise in marketing tools, software, and equipment to design, manufacture, marketing materials.
  • With a strong track record of driving successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • With understanding of marketing principles, strategic planning and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • With strong analytical skills in writing and oral.
  • Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
