JOB OVERVIEW:

The J
unior Community Manager, Influencer Manager & Community Amplifier
will be responsible for managing social media pages and communities and develop required content for all channels. He/she forms part of the agency execution team. This role is based in Pasig with the flexibility for some remote work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design graphics, images, and infographics, as well as capture and edit photos and videos (stories, reels, and other short-form formats).
  • Write and post organic contents related to the product/service/campaign at hand, and post these contents in communities, groups, platforms and channels
  • Designate partner engagers who will provide comments, reactions and shares for each post
  • Monitor performance of posts made, including accomplishment of comments, reactions and shares data
  • Report untoward incidents related to the post with action items
  • Report daily and weekly on the output of the job based on given template
  • Engage in identified brand pages following detailed instructions and spiels
  • Help in scouting for and coordination with identified community leaders & influencers for branded projects and monitoring executions
  • Report periodically on the performance of the pages and projects assigned
  • Attend periodic meetings with your heads when needed
