JOB OVERVIEW:

This is a full-time hybrid role for Junior Social Operations Manager for Community Management and

Content Creation. He/she will be responsible for managing social media pages and communities

and develop required content for all channels. He/she forms part of the agency execution team. This

role is based in Pasig with the flexibility for some remote work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social platforms.
  • Address customer questions, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively engage with followers through polls, questions, and conversations.
  • Identify and manage brand advocates, influencers, and online communities.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and flag potential issues or crises with internal teams for
  • escalations (e.g., customer service, product, PR).
  • Track engagement metrics (response rate, sentiment, common inquiries).
  • Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Design graphics, images, and infographics and capture and edit photos and videos (stories, reels, and other short-form formats).
