Responsibilities: INFLUENCER MARKETING SPECIALIST:

- Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals.

- Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with social influencers through seeding programs and regular communication.

- Develop customized activations with influencers in line with brand and campaign requirements.

- Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements, and relevant campaigns.

- Provide feedback and monitor influencer activity and proactively provide content ideas for influencers.

- Track and report on the success of the influencer program and provide recommendations for continued improvement.

Skills Required: INFLUENCER MARKETING SPECIALIST:

- A good degree from a recognized university.

- Has a good understanding of Social Media and the Influencer landscape.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and influencer management will be a plus.

- Results-driven, metrics oriented and self-motivated.

- Can deliver quality results under tight deadlines.

- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

ROLE OF MEDIA OUTREACH SPECIALIST:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with journalists, media, bloggers, and other key opinion leaders.

- Participate in the development of novel and proactive media and outreach engagement efforts, including campaigns and advocacy efforts.

- Recommend and implement media strategies for the release of new products, including messaging, talking points, campaigns, positioning, and dissemination channels.

- Work with a large cohort of internal stakeholders to develop a proactive system to identify media opportunities and support implementation.

- Gather and disseminate timely information to media and staff.

- Continually monitor new publishing platforms and design tools to identify new opportunities to position FlexiSpot content.

QUALIFICATIONS OF MEDIA OUTREACH SPECIALIST:

- A good degree from a recognized university.

- Has a good understanding of Digital Media.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Prior experience in e-Commerce marketing and Influencer management will be a plus.

- Results-driven, metrics oriented, and self-motivated

- Can deliver quality results under tight deadlines.

- Willing to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig.

- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

- Can start ASAP.
